Through a highly competitive process, the project was awarded 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits in January 2014 from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for a 100 unit senior project located within the city limits of Sandy Springs, Georgia. In addition to the award of the 9% Tax Credits, Sterling Place converted to the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program and received RAD Project Rents for 100 units. This was another development partnership with the Housing Authority of Fulton County.
