This is the last phase of the HOPE VI Partnership with the Housing Authority of Fulton County. As a result of the tremendous success of Woodbridge at Parkway Village and increased senior demand, TBG will complete another 150 unit independent senior development which is scheduled for construction completion November 2015. This project will provide housing for Public Housing renters and will provide Project Based Rental Assisted units as well. Social services and amenities are also planned for this community and will be very similar in nature to those listed above for Arcadia at Parkway Village and Woodbridge at Parkway Village. The project also received $1.2M in HOME funds from DCA and $700K in Replacement Factor Funds (RHF).
